Once most of them get that raise, businesses and smaller hospitals will start cutting back hours. That's been happening since the statewide minimum wage increase. It may look good on paper, but seeing it in action will be an entirely different story. Let's see what happens.

Why live in California for? High tax, ridiculous bills being passed every year. There's like 10 other states that need people and have great state bills that promote growth and freedom and accountability. The rich need the poor to stay there, if all the poor went to places where they could grow or have a good life, safe and affordable, you start where the middle are and the new comers become the poor. It's how the system is designed.
