I thought the golden rule in cooking was to not put the vegetables together with raw uncooked chicken. You will get much better results if you marinate the chicken first and partly cook the chicken pieces on a skillet before putting them in the oven together with everything else

Try 1 can cream of chicken soup, chicken thighs season to taste, add rice 1 cup, 2 cups of water, and mix baked 350 for 45 mins. The best on dish chicken and rice meal.

I would seasoned the chicken with the ingredients she added it looks good but I prefer to seasoned the chicken one by one but everyone has there on way of cooking I mean mixing the condiments to the chicken but it looks good it’s something fast
