That one may not have a number but the whole game is Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock. Guitar hero 1 is different. Cool find though.

I tried GH Arcade a couple years ago but it was terrible. The strum bar was f****d up and frets too. Unplayable.
Also the guitar is pretty heavy
