Job-skills mismatch still a problem in BPO sector

The Philippine Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector remains one of the country's biggest drivers of employment. It's consistently on top of government's list of having the most job vacancies. The problem of job-skill mismatch is one of the major reasons for these openings.
