For some reason, right after 60 sec it gets incredibly harder every second haha! I worked on it a few weeks and got just over 2:30, it's so hard to just hang! 🤷

The trick is to occasionally do a pull up while you hang to keep your circulation going.

I hang for 2 minutes at a time it’s a mental game you want to give up but you can do it it takes strong mental power!

Gymnasts have to do this after a bunch of chin ups, leg lifts, tuck ups and then we have to go straight into the hang with our legs out with a weight on our legs and if we fail we have to start again...

It’s about the blood flow of the arms. You wanna take one hand off and let the blood rush back to the arm, the arm you let the blood flow back through hang with that arm and let your other arm let the blood rush back through, then keep repeating. That’s how they get you, not many people know about this technique.
