It’s common sense that isn’t common. If the attack/counter starts in your half why do you even have to go ahead of your team? As a winger, stay in your half, your center forward will press, wait closely for the pressed ball, use awareness to give one touch pass back to the open midfielder on your wing whether left or right to retain team possession, roam toward the center to create space and be aware of the position of the defenders to know who is following you, anticipate your center forward to make his forward runs to see the spaces he’s creating and run into the spaces he’s leaving as he is the leader of the attacking trio.
When both wingers do this perfectly, it will create a flexible front three.

As a 10 year old pro right wing I say this is real it should make your team win a other tip tell one of your teammates if they shoot a corner go back ok you will find a clear spot to score a goal tell them to pass you the ball and then here you go a goal I hope this helps you😀
