Having a pretty insane through ball helps too. Get about 15 yards past the half way line cut inside and bend one to your other winger to run on to. Could even have your striker come short for a 1-2 then through ball hard on the ground. Unless the other teams defense is really organized they can't really do much about it.

As a full back with no speed, I prefer wingers who do not run in behind without the ball. I prefer the wingers who just stand and receive balls to feet then dribble that slow his game down.
