I love these fancy vlogs, because I'm a average working man and I don't usually go to these celebrity chef owned restaurants. I also enjoy your not so expensive vlogs as well, since most of the time it's your company rather than the food. DTM is back with the comps and tier match.

Oysters, Duck Confit. You living the Life now. I actually just liked to watch the Ducks Hanging in Chinatown. They look so luscious, with crispy skin and glaze..I just never ordered them lol

I like salt, as well. I googled an interesting fact: The Latin word "salarium, " from which we derive the word "salary, " actually has its roots in salt. Roman soldiers were partially paid in salt, known as "salarium argentum." Hmmm, Bobby Flay restaurant . Tap water. Salt for presentation. Oyster fried looked great! 🦪. Happy clams tasted good. Now to the wings, with sauces, ditch the fork, use your hands 👍. Wings not your usual style. Duck confit is dark meat, rice might have been a nice accompaniment . Keep on videoing on Fridays, DTM😀.

Wow that was an expensive meal. Glad to hear this was too fancy for your taste buds. Duck is always an upscale protein. How did it compare to Peking Duck? Personally I prefer Peking Duck since it is always part of a 7 or 9 course dinner.

I'm a Vietnam Veteran. Serviced 1964 - 1968.
I ask for a Veteran discount when I make big purchases.
I never ask in Las Vegas for the discount.
I have been turned down so many times where I live in California.
I quit asking.
Do you know how many restaurants offer the discount?
What is the percentage of the discount at the restaurants?
And how do you prove that you are a Vet?
So I carry a copy of my discharge papers DD 214 and dog tag all the time,
since my discharge.
It was a tough time, hard to forget. Now I don't want to forget.
