Fun-fact:

Eiji Tsuburaya tasked Shoichi Hirose (King Kong) with studying the movements of gorillas to prep himself for his role as the titular ape. Afterwards, Hirose told Tsuburaya he did just that. Long afterwards, Hirose revealed he actually didn’t do ANY research on gorillas before shooting King Kong vs. Godzilla.
