Widals test is presently a multi billion naira business in nigeria needs massive education to health care including laboratory scientists, nurses and doctors etc on appropriate use of antigen and antibody tests and there sensitivity and avoid over diagnosis and antibiotic resistance

The gold standard to comfirm a diagnosis of typhoid fever is culture test.... however the use of serological tests (antigen and antibody is resrved for rare cases of high clinical suspicion of typhoid fever and a negative culture test

I swear when I looked at myself I had like a weird blue black tinge to my skin or maybe it was delusion but I was very sick I couldn’t believe it when it was two months later I was still sick it seems like one minute and I felt like a layer of ice that disease is death
