The symptoms you described are exactly what I occasionaly wake up with. Thank you so much for helping me discover what is happening in my arms.

Great video. Thank you. I learn more from than my sport medicine doctor. I went to her complaining about tingling sensation in my ring and pinky fingers. She told me immediately it is from my neck. Then she told to get neck therapy for weeks. She never mentioned anything about lunar nerve. You’re absolutely right. I started feeling the tingling and numbness in those after using a computer on a desktop. That’s when it’s started. My doctor never mentioned anything about how I used my arm. She quickly sent for neck therapy at her office. Thank you for this video.

finally, clear audio and straight to the point (compared to other cubital tunnel / ulnar nerve videos). Thank you!

excellent video. I slept like this for years and stopped about six months ago. Made a huge difference and I am rarely troubled any longer.

My doctor has sent a referral to get the nerve test done. Already had carpal tunnel surgery 12 years ago. I think with my job I'm over using the nerves. Great info thank you.

Thank you for this video. Been dealing with this for almost 2 years now. I’m a musician and I was afraid to look into it and find out I had to go straight to surgery but this gives me hope.

Took 500 photos on a vacation, had iphone pinky, followed by ulnar nerve compression from self masaage - lasted. 5 months before I took serious help from personal phy and therapist. This video is very useful - it is my Exact Problem, so thanks for posting it👍

I’m 26 and had surgery for carpal tunnel and now my pinky hurts. So frustrating to be having nerve problems this young. I sleep exactly like that though. Thank you!
