Do you wanna make a video about why you were gluten free and why you stopped? So interesting! I noticed for myself that balance is the way to go, too much gluten and I get a stomach ache, but its usually the case with "too much" in all cases tbh, haha. Anyways, I'm glad I eat gluten sometimes and don't cut it out at all anymore.. :)

Best bakeries in East London - and you only chose Hackney??? Surely, there are other amazing bakeries in the rest of the East???
To be fair, I'm a Plaistow boy, and bakeries aren't exactly my expertise, but there must be some good ones. I hear that the Sawmill in Stratford is/was pretty nice. And due to Newham's massive South Asian population, I'm sure there must be Indian bakeries somewhere on Green Street (but idk, I've only really bought jalebi, gulab jamun and a pistachio dairy fudge-like creation at Nirala. I've not tried pani puri or anything like that.)
