My tria smooth beauty blinks blue battery for about 10 seconds and then disappears. It only last about 1 minute when using. I did the battery reset as described.

I did it and apparently it locked. A sign of a lock appears on the device and it doesn’t go on

Tria laser does work but it stops work very quickly unfortunately.

Tried it and did not work :( TRIA has amazing innovative technology but the devices are poorly made, they feel so cheap. Mine stopped working after only a few weeks :(((
