This video is a little bit weak. You are leaving us with a solution that is of little use. If i ask you what is the value of u(4, 3.5) you will have to evaluate (numerically) two improper integrals, that is not very easy. The other thing is why do you take the ft in x and not in t? or better, is it possible to have a ft in t, x simultaneosly?.
The ft is one of those tools that it is not well explained and it shows up everywhere.
