This is a neat method for sure. I usually use edison on the insert track because i can tune the sample before i import to the playlist, but this seems like a good and quick workflow.

What's dope about this method is I ran a 1/4 plug from my left monitor output to my mic input..then disconnect master from my insert....BAMM!!!! Saved it as a template. So now I'm looking for a mixer that I don't have to disconnect from. And as I was typing this, it works from the headphones jack as well. Just make sure the master is disconnected from the sample insert channel.

bruh it dont work? i try recording and its just a dusty noise and you can hear the sample on a super low voulme, like my mic is picking it up from my headset but i even pluged out my mic

bruh you could of just downloaded it and then chop it instead of playing it through the speaker
