Thank you, thank you, thank you, James! I loved it so much again! I had the image of a very exhausted, very thirsty animal that, after a long march through the dusty, hot desert, was allowed to drink large gulps of cool, clear water from the well of an oasis. This is how I drink energy and hope from these yoga classes with you. I know it may sound a bit exaggerated, but it really is! I've been incredibly sick for about 1.5 years now. First a cancer diagnosis (in the middle of an exciting, full life, out of ongoing journalistic projects and dreamy plans), then surgery, chemotherapy and radiation... - and after a really bad year I thought, now things are finally looking up again , - that's when the CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) struck with full force. I can hardly do anything anymore. Even after the slightest physical or mental stress, my body reacts with severe pain, I get neurological failures, etc... (The phenomenon is becoming more famous due to Long Covid). Doctors say there is nothing to help it yet. The prospect of healing is questionable... - I'm writing this to you (again?) in such detail because there is now SOMETHING for me that DOES help: YOGA!!! - I discovered this shortly before I found you: I did yoga with AsanaRebel and DownDog (these are apps - because I can't go anywhere - I can't walk very well and can't make it). But since I found you on YouTube, my daily practice also nourishes me spiritually and mentally! In my situation it is so essential not to lose hope, to remain imaginative, patient, experimental, light, curious, humorous, playful... But that is really an art... - It is a real miracle what I can experience on the yoga mat. Through yoga, my poor injured body comes back to me and to life! And thanks to you it has become so much more loving, heartwarming and magical, James! What you say during the meditations is so wonderful and healing and good! And I experience how I am becoming stronger and stronger, how I am growing, developing... (I, who can barely walk, am now standing in a sugar bowl, in a half moon, in a dancer... yes, often it is almost like a dance... And I'm slowly (very, very slowly) dancing my way back to life! I want to say thank you for that, James! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this oasis possible for me!! I want you to know how big that is!

That was wonderful. I can totally follow your class without looking at the video (unless I want to!) - and I didn't understand about the Group A, B, C - but it became clear as I went along. I love your style of teaching, and how I can really feel into the different poses and feel how different I am on left and right. Brilliant! Thank you so much.

I love your energy! I first discovered your classes when I was looking for hands-free yoga after a shoulder injury. The ones you filmed on a rooftop were the perfect blend of movement and sweat while keeping weight off my arms/shoulders. I then tried your other classes and loved them as well. You make these classes fun, flowy and with a positive vibe, and I didn't really notice I was getting quite a workout until almost the end. More, more please! :)
