5 Healthy Thanksgiving Hacks

Here are 5 tips you can try, to make sure that Thanksgiving isn't an absolute train wreck:

1. Try to consume more protein compared to energy, which is just your net carbohydrates + fat. So Prioritize your protein first. Eat the turkey, eat a lot of it - make people uncomfortable with the amount of turkey you're actually eating
- What about gravy? I get it - Turkey kinda sucks, so just a little bit of gravy - don't go over board

2. Unless you hate your family, skip the alcohol. Alcohol is literal poison and there are no weight loss benefits to drinking it

3. Do not cook or use refined oils for any of the dishes which means no commercial salad dressings and try not to fry your turkey.

4. Be an adult - skip dessert. You don't need. It's not that important

5. If the weather isn't horrible go for a 4 hour run - in kidding. Just go for a walk. Enjoy the brisk air and changing colors.

Make a turkey stock reduction and use that for gravy, maybe thicken the reduction with cornstarch...
