Afasa Powell 3rd fastest jamaican peaked 5 years before bolt 2004-2005 while bolt seem to peak in the 2009-2010 range.

Even being over the hill for 4-5 years Afasa Powell was still chosen to run in the 2016 4 by1 which shows how dominant he was and still was.

The only reason he missed the 2012 4 by 1 relay and was robbed of a world record was due to the injury from this race. He was replaced by the 6th fastest runner, Michael Frater, since the current 5th fastest was younger and not at his potential in 2012.
