1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 C. Diced Peppers
1 C. Corn
1/4 C. Uncooked Wild Rice
1-2 Tbsp. Chicken Bouillon
2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Quart Water on Cooking Day

Crock Pot Cheeseburger Pasta
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Tbsp. Onion Flakes
1 Tbsp. Mustard Powder
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Rotel
3 C. Water
1-2 Tbsp Beef Bouillon
1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 lb. Elbow Macaroni on Cooking Day

Tater Tot Casserole
1 lb. Ground Beef
Seasonings to Taste
1-2 C. Veggies
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1-2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Pizza Dough
1-1/2 Tbsp. Yeast
1-1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 C. Warm Water
3 Tbsp. Oil
4-1/2 C. Flour
1-1/2 tsp. Salt

Renea, you are the Epitome of what a good neighbor should be, that everyone use to be. In my neighborhood not one person has offered any help in our so far 4 year long journey with Scott's cancer. Two neighboors mowed our postage sized grass twice. We have lived here for 40 years. Everyone is aware of what's going on. People just do not reach out anymore to help anyone. I wasn't brought up like that. You helped out your neighbors going through a hard time. I can tell you that your meals you do are so greatly appreciated. None of it is fancy but good nutritious meals. You are your towns angel. You are doing God's work. Don't change. You have a calling. God Bless you.

I made the southwest rice and bean soup. It was really good thank you. I can’t eat much I have a denture issue and getting ready for a sinus lift. I put mine over mashed potatoes please don’t laugh it was good.

We need more neighbors looking out for each other. During COVID isolation I was in a deep depression. The young lady next door (she was in her 30s’s which is young compared to me 🤣) rang the bell and ran away. She had left some homemade brownies on my porch with a note letting me know we were all in it together. I passed it forward and set up a table on the porch with snacks, bottles of water, etc for all my Amazon and grocery deliveries.

I left a thank you note and a tin of rice crispy treats on her porch a couple of days later and we found each other returning the favor back and forth for 3 months. It really brought me cheer!

Loving the freezer recipes. I use ground turkey in place of beef nearly always but have never added raw to a freezer meal. Not sure how I feel about that for some reason. Might have to try it though. Have a great day. Love your content!❤
