I keep telling people that myths and legends are true. They may be embellished but the premise is still there and that's why theres a legend or story.

It's great that we are finding evidence of what has been taught as mythology! The timeline is most likely of because of the retelling of the story verbally over time and also the story teller's need to embellish the story.
There is major drama in this story! There must have been some long nights at dinner parties back in the day.
Love and light,
Ms. Holly

That moment when being modern Lara Croft checking every myth and legend makes actually sense. What a time to be alive.
I'm going to check out the Atlantis myth, it's going to be interesting.

I was just listening to a piece from Anatoly Fomenko's "History: Science or Fiction" wherein he questions the veracity of Scalegeri's(?) dating of the Trojan War, putting it some 500 years later, at the founding of the city of Rome. Isaac Newton also questioned the timeline but died before he was able to research it and write it down. This video points at that in some places but is also a curious mix of history and mythology.
