Only things I can think of are because its customer service: dealing with angry people and screaming kids and ignorant adults who can’t understand simple things like how we don’t go by scoops.
Also yeah my wrists and hands are shit now. Making cakes 24/7 and mixing gallons of ice cream isn’t fun.
But overall if you’ve got good coworkers it’s actually fun. I love my job.

I work at one and tbh it isn't the greatest job. Also we don't go by scoops we go by portion sizes. The only hard ice cream to scoop is chocolate.

Ok I work there and I love working at cold stone, I can only say that it sucks cause no free Ice Cream, and bad payment, unless it's your first job, then it's Gucci. And IDC if you mind or not I'm gonna be Bias and somewhat against some of the things you say.
1) If you don't show up to how are you gonna get money?؟?؟?؟
2) Pay is Garbage, but WAYYY better than gas pumps and 7/11s.
3) The only Ice creams that are hard to scoop are Sweet Cream, Chocolate, which I F***ING h8 xD and Banana, which I don't like (x_x).
4) Carpal Tunnel (go to the gym more often 🤦‍♂️).

7)3 scoops??? WtF GtFoH it's about portion unless you mean 3 different flavors which are the "Gotta Have It", which not everybody wants cause it's way more expensive and fattening than the "Love" It and "Like it". (look at the nearest mirror and you will see a seal).
8)6 toppings are only on the Everybody's Grandpa, "exotic fruits"??? WTF I think he never had strawberries nor GET A LIFE.

My conclusion is: This dumbass never worked in Cold Stone, and the video is just for views.
