Rigby's true intentions lie in his actions, and is arguably the best character to have the role of a best friend on Cartoon Network. He always supports Mordecai, he's super spontaneous, and even kept relations between him and his girl to a minimum for his sake.

i love the fact that at 5:36 rigby is wearing a "his'n'hers" friendship bracelet that says "his", because that is absolutely an inside joke that they would do. Really shows the effort put into the characters for this show. :)

You know what Rigby and Eileen is one of the best boyfriend/ girlfriend relationships in cartoons!

Rigby is not exactly a catch, bottom employed, no college education, not much of a looker, probably smells bad and yet Eileen is able to look past all that and still like him so points for her.

Eileen manages to bring out the best in Rigby, Rigby becomes a better person as a result of her influence.
