In older episodes, when Rigby gets pushed, he would just fall on the floor and be in pain. But in this episode, when Benson pushed him, he was actually able to take the hit. He has been getting stronger

Everyone but Eileen pushed the button, Benson blaming Rigby was his natural response.

I like how everyone tried to stop the fight after Rigby threw his punch, instead of doing it after Benson pushed him. Implying that everyone wanted Rigby to take revenge

Benson had it coming, they all pressed the button so they’re all equally to blame for the situation. Benson needs to finally stop being the angry boss to Mordecai and Rigby and actually be their friend now that they’re in a situation where there’s no longer any job to be done.

Remember in the beginning Rigby was so weak he couldn't harm anyone if he tried? I guess the Russian gave him a permanent boost in strength cause now Mordecai's struggling to hold him back.
