this is exactly what I have been looking for. Do you have any information that can be shared about the homes that have been standing for the past year or two? Cost effectiveness of using this material, cost of utilities in comparison to standard build, how well the material is holding up, etc? I have been researching for a while now and am close to selling my house in the next 6 mos. Thank you.

For turnkey project it goes up to 1300 to 2000€ per square meter . So for a 150 sqm it would be around 300 000 k€ with the land . average price of any type of house ( more expensive in fact ) 250€ to 350€ for sqm is for frame .

Boy it just goes right on up in a day or two! Noticed a minor problem though, NO PLUMBING! No bath, kitchen, nothing. And no electrical service either. Also a flat roof is just asking for trouble in wet and snowy climates. Sure looks neat though.

What they don't tell you about this type of new style of housing construction is how long it's expected to last. The issue being is that termites LOVE to wedge themselves along styrofoam.

This is genius stuff. The architect is a genius, it is an engineering and design marvel. Is this product designed for low snow load and wind shear environments only? Do you have future designs coming?

Affordable, yeah right! They USED to be affordable at € 200 - € 400 per m2 (2011-2014), now (2017) it's 'affordable' at € 1300 - € 2000 per I guess they didn't have any financial

4 days to build ? But what about the plumbing and electricity? WHat are the inside walls made of? Can I add some shelves on the wall? Will I have ot make trneches on the walls in order to add electricity? MAterials doesn't cost much but how much will cost the house fully built and equipped labor included?

Nice, but not meant for a home if there's no electricity or kitchen or bathrooms shower with compost toilet. Perhaps this is meant as structure before those things are added?

What is the panel blocks wrapped in to come out that dark colour? Also am I seeing correctly there is no header on top of each wall? If so what stop the wall from bowing inwards under high wind loads?
