Just to clarify before anyone criticizes, I personally don't use Chrome—I prefer Brave. However, this ranking is purely objective and doesn't ONLY take privacy into account. Privacy be damned, but....Google Chrome’s dominance in terms of market share, technological influence, commitment to security, performance, and integration with a broader ecosystem justifies its placement in the S Tier. It is not only the standard by which other browsers are measured but also a driving force behind many of the advancements in web technology today. While it may have some downsides, such as memory consumption, its overall impact on the browsing landscape and the continuous improvements it brings make it deserving of top-tier status.

You should consider privacy as first and issues for second criteria. If you put Brave lower than Chrome that's a huge issue. You should change title as daily usage ranking for casual users. Vivaldi is chromium based and was founded by a co-founder of Opera who was upset with the company's decisions & a year or two before Opera was sold to a Chinese consortium which in my opinion makes it D-tier. If you liked old-school Opera with its gimmicks/power-user features, you'd like Vivaldi. If I were following your logic with your rankings, I'd say it'd belong in high B tier.

Thanks, it was an informative list. I read your comment and I understand the Google S-tier rationale, but still kinda weird coming from you, especially after watching other privacy-oriented videos from you. I understand where you come from on this, still this must surely throw off many people.

Thorium is solid but is slow to update. It's a stripped down version of Chromium but the tab system is terrible.
Personally, I had issues with the UR browser when I tried it out in testing. It probably works but I never got far with it.
Waterfox is a slightly stripped down version of firefox with more privacy defaults. It's my preferred Firefox variant when I'm not using Brave

Worst tier list, Chrome with the worst feature privacy combo in S and vivaldi that literally uses chromium and has a shit ton of additional features is in D.

Man, this guy is just straight up spreading misinformation. Google has long been debunk as fastest browser and it's never the fastest. With recent chances it actually slower than most browser by removes adblocking, making most website sideloads tons of useless stuff, they have the scummy practices that take all your RAM first so it's always priority to start and load website so it isn't working that great. The reason Chrome is most used browser is it installed default on 2.3 billion Android devices out there and it isn't that great. You can not install Chrome extension on android and it's chromium based actually limiting its ability. Firefox for being said "trouble developing" actually created their own browser core that doesn't use Chromium and allowing all theirs extension running on all platform.
