As far as I know Celestia is sitting at exactly the same spot where it always was, just Fontaine was not placed where we expected it to be and that's the reason why Celestia is not above it.

I feel like the moment Neuvillette gains his original Sovereign power as the Hydro Dragon Sovereign, Celestia will begin to make its move (I wonder how he will acquire it tho since he initially don't want Furina to suffer the consequences of taking his powers back or something lol 🫠). Then, the problems keep getting bigger and worst as we set foot in Natlan. Fatuus/Harbingers/Tsaritsa will be teased together again but this time, Celestia's history with our twin will be shown as well. Murata (Of course, Dainsleif included and maybe even ALICE) will be our key/s to drop more lore bombs since we haven't heard from the people of Natlan + Bennett's origins.

I was accidently took a photo of celestia being above the tower in the unrelease area of fontaine and was convinced celestia was above the tower till my friend show me the photo they took from another angle 🗿

Also, in 4.0 was a glitch that allowed you to trespass the paimon barrier. I did it, and I saw that it is above some big mountains, and near, was a big waterfall and an elevator (I don't know if Hoyo removed the glitch, btw)

That paimon celestia part. I also remembered in the elynas story quest, another melusine called her big sister? Since the Melusine could feel she was older than her ... but paimon said she was bigger and paimon is small and looks younger....
