I've been using that duster for about 10 years, now. Natural wool has lanolin which, makes it water repellent and, also, attract dust, etc. It works great on dashboards, etc., too. I stick it into a clean newspaper wrapper and put it in the trunk. You can wash it by hand in Woolite to get the dirt off of it but, that washes the lanolin out, too. After that, I spray it with a little detailer. Or, just buy a new one. It's cheap and effective.

Thanks, Scott.

The other day I ordered some things off Scott’s website Luxury Microfiber, they sent me the usual confirmation email, and then the tracking info. Today I received a email from them telling me my order is out for delivery. I REALLY like that. I order many things all the time online and I’ve never had a company send me a out for delivery email. Just thought I would give a shout out for that, very impressive!!! Thanks Scott!! I have not even received my stuff and already I’m thinking of being a repeat customer just from the delivery update. It’s all about service!!! ;)

What about using a swifter duster ? They are really soft and hold on to all the dust. After all we use them on furniture and electronics
Just a thought

I use a duster that looks like that. I bought one from Target a few years ago. I use it to dust EVERYTHING, not just my car interior. It just grabs the dust like a strong magnet and I then grab from the handle and pull up out towards the top to remove any dust it grabbed. Then I swipe some more. I do this technique on my car before wiping anything down. On the doors, dashboard, steering wheel, center console, seats, buttons... basically everything. It takes all the dust off so quick and easy.

I had bought one from Chemical Guy's about 4 years ago. It works great for a garaged car. Very gentle product.

In the Mercedes factory they use ostrich feather to remove dust from the brand new cars. Maybe an idea Scott for a new product line :P

The car dusters I’ve used leave streaks on my paint and windows from the wax in the duster. This might be better. Hate having to clean wax streaks.

hi scott I love your channel and I have a question for you, I  did a paint correction on a 1969 corvette and a polish and I applied fusso coat on it and the car looks beautiful, I did this 2 days ago and the owner just called me and said I love how my car looks and he asked me to lock in this shine.   swirl free and decontaminated paint ..he wants me to apply a ceramic coating ..my question is can I go ahead and apply the ceramic coating on it now or do I have to wait a certain amount of time for the fusso coat to cure or do I have to somehow remove fusso coat before I apply the ceramic coating, your answer will be very much appreciated, oh and car has been in garage since fusso coat, it has not been outside since I detailed it thank you
