I was aware of this case and what Trump said back then and how it was resolved. That Trump is still bringing this up is bizarre. He seriously can't think that he's ever been wrong about something. We all know people like that in our lives and it's annoying if we have to deal with it on a regular basis. For normal people, you apologize and issue a retraction. "You're right, I'm sorry" are four powerful words.
