Easy speed unlock Segway Ninebot Max | Xiaomi speed unlock | Real world unlock test | Impressions

I hope you guys are safe and I wish you a Merry Xmas and a happy new year!

Tools needed for the mod (unlock) of the speed, besides the scooter itselef:
1. Android Phone
2. XiaoFlasher
3. Bluetooth ON on the mobile device.

Follow the steps in the video for an easy speed unlock of the Segway Ninebot Max.

Also, for Xiaomi you need the same app.

Do take into consideration:
1. You are exposing yourself to possible accidents that can occur at higher speed. This is the most important of them all in my opinion. Even with normal speed of the scooter you should always wear the proper equipment for every ride you take, even if it is a small one or commuting to work. Always wear a helmet!
2. In some countries you have speed limit set to 20km/h. In some countries like America the speed limit should be 30km/h at the time of this review. Going over these speed limits means you can get a speeding ticket that in most cases it’s more than the scooter itself.
3. This is an important one. The scooter’s capabilities set by the manufacture are based on the power of the motor, the weight of the scooter, the rider’s weight, brakes and so on. In the end, the manufacturer built the scooter taking everything into consideration and set up a speed for the scooter.
Once you unlocked a higher speed than it was set for it means the scooter will act different in terms of brakes, range and overall ride experience.

it worked for my NINEBOT F2 and gose 30km/h, that app just modefi the serial number and now the electric scooter this he is an f2 plus model from america, and the original app still works its perfect.

This worked beautifully for my Ninebot E22, the top Speed was 21km/h Max! Now with this trick, it goes up to also, the battery has more range, this is amazing.

Unless you upgrade to a 25 amp hour battery, it is best not to mess with power output. Also, putting in a higher watt speed controller will just make the wiring and motor run hotter and it simply was not designed with thick enough wires or proper cooling to handle a larger speed controller. I already tried this stuff with ebike kits and melted wires together. I did manage to upgrade the wires though, but then I noticed motor hub getting hot enough to cook an egg.

Better to get a chinese version, goes 30kmh without any hacks or flash. If you live in a very busy city like london, 30kmh is enough

I do this in my max gen1 and with full battery go 28 kmh after in 80% battery go 26 km i am 70 kg why not get 30 km?
