On june the 13th 2024, just received in France my F2 PRO (bought it a week ago on a spanish website) - The unlock worked for me !
1- Turn on the scooter
2- Scan it on windows with bluetooth on with Ninebot-flasher
3- Followed the video instructions with etc...
4- Checked 2 times if the serial was good
5- Download official app and latest firmware (1.4.12 etc) -> We can guess my scooter had older firmware then..
6- Ride to 32 km/h

Thank you, it works for the Segway Ninebot F2e from juny 2023 (last firmware update). Tested on off road: reach 32km/h and i get the cruise mod.
I change my "D" in "S". changed to NAGSC... (on F2e its not NAGJC)🤩

Hab heute die Seriennummer mit "S" auf meinen F2 Pro E getauscht. Hat nicht mal 5 Minuten gedauert. Hat alles super funktioniert. Genauso gemacht wie im Video beschrieben. Probefahrt schon gemacht, 32Km/h und Tempomat. Das dass so leicht ist, hätte ich nicht gedacht 😅. DANKE. Schöne Grüße aus Österreich

Works perfectly for NINEBOT F2 PRO. Just change the fourth letter (the letter after "NAG") by "S".

it works at Xiaodash but, As soon as i reconnect to Ninebot app, its name changes back to NAGTA (original serial) and its speed goes back also to 25kph.

I tried to do it on my f2 plus 20km/h eu version 1.4.10 changed the NAGK to NAGS and it beeps and nothing happens someone can help?

I can't change region. After confirmation, the scooter emits 3 long beeps and that's it. Not like in the video. And the serial number does not change. Tell me what to do.

I think increasing the max speed from 25 to 32 doesn't make a huge difference. Wherever you go, the time you spend will be 20% less, but the battery will drain much faster.
