I’m going to make this chicken tonight for dinner, but will use less oil than suggested. I understand that food cooked with more oil tastes better, but I also understand that too much oil is not good for health. So, enjoy the flavors with less oil. Kashmiri chicken masala looks great. I think it tastes good too. But I would like to make one fair comment. It would be good to reduce the amount of oil for the sake of health and safety from developing heart disease. This is just my opinion for good health. Thank you for sharing your recipe. Kashmiri usually use Ghee with oil, but that amount of oil is standard for the reign. Lovely❤ I'm following most of the method. Thank you chef
