I understand it's hard to diagnose someone from afar. That being said, what are the odds that someone involved with human trafficking might have an antisocial personality? I'm genuinely curious about this.

My understanding is narcissists lack empathy. If andrew tate is guilty if s3x trafficking, abusing, r8ping women, scamming men and fraudulently taking there money without caring about how it effects them financially, wouldn't that make him a narcissist? Idk how someone could brag about these things! He has little or no empathy!

Wouldn't creating the controversy and negative influence on young impressionable people for money be something a person who lacks empathy do? For a good while he was actively normalising sexism, racism, he did a pyramid scheme, accused of sex trafficking etc.... all of these are against the law and for a layman me point in the direction of someone who is not very well socialized and lacks empathy (aka may have antisocial personality disorder)

Doc, I would absolutely love to have a conversation with you one day regarding my ex…maybe you would be capable of giving me pointers on how to handle his particular brand of difficulty!! (Only due to the fact we share a beautiful daughter…and unfortunately I have to share, I am currently doing my best to avoid confrontation, however it continues to make me out to be a pushover as opposed to the bigger person…very touchy situation i suppose…would love your insight good sir!!!

So a person with histrionic 'traits' has empathy but the naracist has no empathy. Have I got this right? If he was being controversial and also a consistent 'liar' would that make him a naracist if he also lacked empathy for others?

Maybe he is aware of his personality disorders and knows to not get cancelled he has to hold it under control maybe in his daily live around friends he acts way more narcissistic and histrionic

YES! But I think this really does fall under the category of, you can't diagnose somebody from afar and you really need to spend time with them to pinpoint their character and personality flaws into a diagnosis. Otherwise it's like Alex Jones in court, it would be too difficult to figure out if he's playing a character and what his true personality is. Cheers Doc
