Joseph Ferlazzo is accused of shooting and killing his wife, Emily Ferlazzo, while they were vacationing in Vermont to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary. Joseph eventually confessed to the crime and said he dismembered her body then dumped her remains in the bathroom of their camper van. The New Hampshire man was booked on a first-degree murder charge.

This guy’s testimony is even worse than the testimony Robert Telles gave in his trial when he took the stand, and I didn’t think that was possible. The worst defendant testimony ever.

The defense lawyer is not helping him at all. It’s even as if she wants to give the impression that she does everything possible for him, but lets him dig his own grave on the stand. It works, bravo

When he was talking about when he first met Emily and he said they were “chopping it up” even he caught himself that that phase sure should have never been said at all. This is unbelievable horrific!!! RIP Emily!!! Prayers up for Emily’s family and friends 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻✝️

The fact that his attorney did not have any cross examination of his testimony tells me she didn’t believe him either.

Funny how he suddenly remembered all the details for self-defense, but can’t remember much of anything after that. It was just the opposite at the police interview. He couldn’t remember the self-defense facts, but remembered all the other brutality.

It’s really a pretty bad tactic to say he doesn’t remember the police interview and then occasionally doesn’t even remember the video that was shown in court. He’s evil, he got caught, and now he simply cannot fathom accepting responsibility for his behavior.

It's amazing how much he avoids the truth. " she had been talking about seeing friends, so I just went with that info." No, you lied and said she was with friends. "After the events that happened, " no, after you murdered her, shot her, stabbed her, and dismembered her.

Why does his lawyer have to do recaps of his answers? “So basically what you are saying is …..” She keeps adding her own points into it.

He’s definitely not doing himself any favors on the stand by describing how he essentially wanted to have his cake and eat it too. He knew Emily didn’t want a polyamorous relationship, so why continue with her?
