I really like how honest and genuine you are Thomas. There is always the beautiful synergy of information and entertainment in your videos. The information and/tips you give to people are often much more broad-sighted than just basic stuff about gamemaking. Every single video of yours can motivate me because you are a person that I feel like I can trust, genuine, honest. Also your hair.

LOL - well, this video came out in 2019, and at the end of 2021 it's helping your sales. I love that style, and will definitely be checking your games out!

hi, Thomas. I've found your tutorials very helpful especially working with artwork for game levels/scenes as other tutorials I've found always use tiles. is it possible to get more tutorials on game levels such as obstacles, text dialog, multiple scenes in one level, level select and unlock. etc

Thanks for the tips man. I totally agree with be yourself, and don’t worry about mimicking the AAA games. Dope!

Great video and great tips! My game launch on steam was nearly nonexistent. I launched it with little to no exposure. Left me learning that one way to have a more successful launch is to not launch without exposure. Let the wishlist build up and get some solid exposure first...then hit the release button. Doing this will avoid having to pickup all of the missed sales through the years that you could of had all at launch. My upcoming projects will definitely be handled differently.

Really love your vids Thomas, solo developers need emotional support just as much as technical support - keep it up!

Love watching your videos, I am finally moving over to unity after 2 years of game developing not on a professional game engine, I am figuring out the interface. What are your best videos on any interface unity tutorials?

It is said in the Kabalah, that often people think spiritual work is all about meditation and mytical stuff. But instead, cleaning your room, closet, drawers and workspace is already an spiritual training, where you clean and order on the outside, to be clear on the inside. Hope it makes sense to somebody.

Btw, great vid, the tip about don't lying to yourself is key! I'm just starting in Unity and C#, hope to start some big projects i have in mind in a couple years from now!
