RIDE ALONG with Deputy Carly Cappetto

Take a look inside a typical day as a Sheriff's Deputy. We rode with several deputies over the past few weeks and recorded everything they did. The goal is to show a real view of how our deputies handle calls, resolve conflicts and serve the community. Our deputy today is a mother of 6 and a former social worker who came to the Sheriff’s Department to continue to make a difference in her community. Deputy Cappetto is currently a School Resource Deputy and is also one of our backup Public Information Officers. Watch as Deputy Carly Cappetto patrols in our Central Patrol District on day shift.

I saw officer Cappetto today having a great time shopping at our local grocery store. I approached her to say thank you for her service...but she was so pretty in person I was star struck! She was extremely nice and it was a pleasure to say hello. Thanks y'all for all you do!!!

I just did a ride along and that’s exactly what we did. Coroner’s cases, DV and welfare checks (: They are definitely out there working for the good of their community and keeping us safe

Its so easy to come off like the good guys when you control the narrative. For full transparency will your department be willing to post a list of all officers awating charges, dismissed charges or policy violations, any spouses or child abuse, and in coustody beatings or deaths any civil rights violations, any sustained, unfounded, or dismissed charges or violations between officers, any convicted or probation officers still on the streets or desk duty. What is your turn over rate and how many gypsy officers you currently employee. Are there any officers your department has considered a threat to either fellow officers or community members. And any with restraining orders against them. That would be great have a wonderful day.
