Is this Portabella Mushroom Burger better than Beef? Juicy and Healthy Red Meat Alternative!

Hello - The question.... Is this portabella mushroom burger better than a beef burger? We think this juicy and jealthy portabella mushroom is a better choice as a red meat alternative! If it is actually better in taste than beef, we can argue that one for a long time. Nothing beats a juicy beef burger! 'Alternative' is the key word.

We also threw some portabella mushroom pizzas together in addition to the burger. We are trying to eat more healthy during the week instead of eating beef most of the time! Seems to be working pretty well.

Wow, this looks delicious! We love veggie burgers and have been huge fans of the "Beyond Burger", and will even eat the "Impossible Whopper" at Burger King and have chosen the beyond meat options at Starbucks and Carl's Jr. as well. We buy Beyond Burgers at Costco and grill them at home. Will definitely have to add this to our list!! Also, we just subscribed and look forward to learning more!
