I saw the number 1 when I focused hard 3 times then I started seeing 96 I think it was I can’t ever seem to be able to do this I mean my 3rd eye isn’t open yet I can’t seem to do it some days i feel like it’s getting there then there’s days I feel like I lose all my progress I don’t get what I’m doing wrong I’m starting to see a white looking light every now and then when I meditate but it goes away but usually I see red a lot I don’t know why
