Solid Surface Countertop - CNC Cutout Process

In this video I show how to cut out a countertop so that the pieces don't move, and you get the best process.
Our process is inside-out, outside-in. Meaning we cutout all the sink cutouts, faucet holes and other cutouts before moving to the outside pieces. splash, edges, and small pieces are cut starting on the outside of the sheet. Moving towards the inside, when the piece is finished being cut it will lose vacuum and fall away from the large sheet.
Last the large sections of countertop are cut to size and the project is finished.
