Sir, in theorem4 why have we taken mapping from G/K --> G' instead of G' --> G/K ? because question ask us to show isomorphism from homomorphic image of G (which is G') to quotient group (which is G/k)

In theorem-4 image is isomorphic to quotient group of G
Hence phi function defined G' to G/k (is it wrong?)
