First i sat here listening. Then i stood up and put my hands on my hips. Then i rubbed my face. Then i started pacing while i listened. Stood in one spot for a minute, trying to figure out how to control my emotions over it as i started feeling angry and then something came over me and i dropped to my knees and started praying.
