Blazor WASM, Client-Side Security rebuild for SQLite

Last week was the week of the MVP Summit, so we had a little break to consume some information from Microsofts home base. Now we have the security layer in place and smoothed up the code by refactoring. Want to see if we can do the same with SQLite where we now use SQL Server (local) for storage.
