I added this to my “watch later” when I was on my finals, I don’t know if these tips really helped but what I know is that I always come out of your videos so motivated no matter what the topic is. Also mainly because of you & unjaded jade I managed to keep a 4.96 GPA and I’m so thankful 💕

1. Know the difference between planning mode and doing mode
- Make a detailed study plan (with specific, actionable steps)
2. Find the format of your exam
- Tailor studying strategy to it
3. Active recall
- Force yourself to bring forth the information
4. Review old material
5. Anticipate your failures in advance

Loved it!  These are the exact strategies I use for my final exams.  I am a nursing student and also used Cal Newport's book as I know you mentioned in previous videos. I had to learn how to adapt it to how we are tested in nursing school and the type of information we are expected to know but once I did it worked like magic.  Keep up the great videos!

Topic for future video: internships? I had to figure out the value of internships (as well as when and how to apply) on my own. I think having a clear guide to planning ahead for a future career would be a great resource for students.
