Awesome video, a little tip for Windows 10 users, if you choose DirectX 12 instead of Open GL Street Fighter will run at 60 fps all the time :)

Finally got Street Fighter Turbo Remix HD to work on Widows 8.1. These 3 files were missing from dev_flash/sys/external: libkey2char.sprx, librtc.sprx, libsre.sprx. Got files from Github. Go to google search engine and type Now I got to work on the controllers. Thanks for the links.
