Infarm has successfully produced wheat in an indoor farm, using no soil, no chemical pesticides and much less water than open field farming. The first trials demonstrated exceptional results, allowing a projection of 11.7 Kg per m2 yield per year. This trial shows that wheat can be grown successfully at scale indoors as a climate-resilient alternative.

It's great development on cerealiculture, but is it rentable? And how much cost construction for large production?

6 harvests/year? These plots is certainly not 1/6 of 11, 7 kg/m2. If these plants was in a field it would be considert a poor crop.
What are the Costs per produced ton including depreciation and interest rate of the building and machinery?

Sadly the cost of vertical farming is so high and so inefficient that its an absolute failure, unless there is a sustainable way to produce power its not sustainable and no vertical farms actually bother investing into renewable energy sources, they just hire nerds with glasses who never set a foot in a real farm before, instead of hiring people who actually have farming experiences.
