Another first harvest in Japan! We are now available at our retail partner Summit. The Summit supermarket in Gotanno recently reopened after renovation and offers a great new shopping experience - the perfect store for us to start at!
At the Summit supermarket in Gotanno, customers can get our fresh and crisp Crystal Lettuce as well as Coriander and Italian Basil.

All herbs and greens from Infarm can be used for cooking or added fresh to dishes before serving. Infarm’s local growers visit the stores regularly to harvest the mature plants, package and place them at the point of sale, and plant new seedlings for the next cycle. Consumers can buy the plants at their freshest points, still alive with their roots, full of nutrients and flavor. At home, the plants are treated best until consumed by putting them with their roots into a jar with 2cm of freshwater and keeping them in a place with plenty of light.
