I think I gotta try that except I might cut it down the back, but it would never cut the backbone out. The tail is on there and it’s the most delicious part of the chicken.

That looks good. Do a wet batter and dip the hen in the wet batter, then dip it in the dry batter, then fry it. I'll bet you'll like that a little better.
