Peter is a para athlete in Para va'a, an adaptive version of waka ama. Paris Paralympics will be Peter's first games, though he has shown plenty of promise on the international stage in competitions.Peter will be competing in the coming weeks so tune in to the Paralympic Games beginning 28th of August.Watch our full "Meet the Athletes" episode this Sunday 12pm on TV1, or watch on demand on TVNZ+.
