Senate Blocks Bill, Government Shutdown Looms

Lack of compromise over plans for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals act, or DACA, led senators on a path which could cause a shutdown of federal government services if no deal emerges. CBS2's Andrea Grimes reports.
