As of right now, Genshin Impact isn't an immensely powerful verse. Maybe as the game continues to get updates, the scaling will continue to increase.

Currently though, even a lowballed composite Link should get into the Star ranges of power; however, it is more likely that Link is anywhere from Universal+ to Multiversal+ with a lowball of light speed, but can be scaled to immeasurable speed. Combine that with the Full Triforce and the result becomes pretty obvious even if you disregard all of his weaponry.

Composite Link is overkill and claps the whole verse.
