for me its genshin impact because of its mass amount of character that you can play as, and overall the game itself doesn't feel as depressing as botw's background where the kingdom is destroyed, major cites and towns are gone. And from now, I can see that clearly genshin impact has a way better community rather than those zelda players who claims that they are superior just because they were the first.

Physics? Genshin basically has none, BotW is Half Life 2 levels of physics systems.

Breathe of the wild is so satisfying. Crafting weapons was more satisfying and buying one with in game currency. Genshin impact has a variety of character to choose from and you can pay them with your mother’s debit card. You can also do quests just like any mmorpg games and a lot of side quests to level up which is wonderful. Overall both games are great but a classical BOTW still feels so much better for me.

I like Genshin’s variety more but I gotta give the edge to BOTW cuz the exploration and story takes the edge a bit but genshin has more replay ability since it’s not yet finished, overall great games with a trash fan base of fatherless twitter kids 💀

Alright so.
I am more into genshin rn bcs i have already replayed botw like- 6 times with all the side quests and dlc so it got a bit boring replaying the game everytime. Yet, botw is the Original. The mechanics, the enemies and every tiny little detail make the game one of the best ones in history. I do know that genshin is still in the making, but botw has horses, a vehicle, shield, better main character backstory + physics and is more realistic. Graphics might aswell go to genshin, but zelda

BotW is more nostalgic, however, I believe the story quest of botw wasn’t as great when we look back at it, and I also think Hyrule doesn’t have the diversity Teyvat has, both are great games and I can’t compare them

You’re comparing a 5y game to a developing 2 year old game, I know genshin took some things from botw but it’s slowly getting more original and has it’s own features. We aren’t done with the story yet, 4/7 of the nation and the whole thing is only a chapter (confirmed by hoyo). Graphics depend on your choice, genshin for the anime style and botw for the realistic feel. And no, genshin in not just for simps, that’s less than 10% if the community while others care about character and team build. Stop stereotyping genshin players from what you saw in 1 second. If you actually argue about sh!t like this then go get a real life, not everything is about trashing a game or defending your game
